If you choose West Sussex Wedding Videos as your wedding videographers, then after signing the contract we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure our services for the wedding day. The final 50% should be paid 2 weeks before the wedding day.

However, if you would like suggestions for wedding photographers in addition to our wedding videography services, we would be very happy to refer you to some very talented wedding photographers with whom we have experience working. Yes, we often work alongside your chosen wedding photographers, and this has always been a very smooth experience. We can work together and around each other so that we both capture the video and photos we need. Our documentary style of shooting means that we will not interrupt any part of your special day. You won't need to worry about us at all, and in fact, you'll hardly know we are there. This collaboration ensures that both your video and photos are captured seamlessly.

Couples often ask us if they can use their favourite songs, or music that has a special significance to them in their wedding video. Please be aware that we can only do this if you are able to license the tracks. Usually, we use specially licensed music from a high-quality music library. Once we have shot the wedding and reviewed the footage, we will select a handful of suggestions for you to listen to and choose your favourite. This ensures your wedding video is both personal and legally compliant.

As your wedding day approaches, we'll get in touch and ask for the detailed running order so that we are in the right place, at the right time to capture all the special moments of your day. On the day itself, we will be very inconspicuous, we won't arrange any specific shots, simply filming everything as it happens naturally. You can be confident that we will capture everything required for your wedding video, so you won't need to think about us - just enjoy your day knowing you’ll be able to relive it whenever you like with our beautifully shot, Netflix-approved Sony Cinema Line cameras.
