Getting booked couldn't be simpler. Once you've found your date and decided West Sussex Wedding Videos is right for your day, send us an enquiry. We'll check availability and confirm within 24 hours if your date is free.

If it is, we'll send you a detailed questionnaire. This is where you tell us about your day and customise everything to suit your wedding. You complete it online, and we use it to build your tailored quote and package.

Once you're happy, we'll send a contract. Everything is digital and takes just a few minutes to complete and sign. At that point, your date is locked in and we're officially your videographers.

Throughout the whole process, we're always happy to jump on a call or video chat if you'd like to discuss anything. Most couples find the questionnaire covers everything, but some prefer a quick conversation to talk through options — just let us know.

 

Once the contract is signed, if you'd like to meet in person we're happy to arrange a coffee or a walk around your venue to get familiar with the space and chat through the day itself — just let us know.
